I’ve used bank deposits and withdrawals a couple of times now, and both went through without any trouble. The process was straightforward and there wasn’t any big hassle involved. Overall, I’d say it’s been a smooth experience for me.

"Works okay, but the updates could be clearer?!"
I’ve used mexc for trading the platform itself works fine. But the communication can be frustrating sometimes?! A few updates felt like they came late, and I ended up checking different pages just to figure out fees and rules. Support did reply, but the answers weren’t super detailed. It’s not a terrible experience, but I really think they could be more transparent.

"Account frozen with no real explanation"
My account got frozen out of nowhere, and then they limited my withdrawals too. I reached out to support, but it was hit or miss, mostly just the same copy-paste replies that didn’t actually explain anything. Super frustrating because I still have no idea what I supposedly did wrong.

"Freezes more than other trading apps I use"
mexc works fine for me sometimes, but compared to a couple of other trading apps I use, the mobile app freezes way too often when I’m trying to place a trade. The charts also take a while to load, and after a few tries it gets frustrating.

MEXC has been okay for me overall. Basic trading works fine, and I haven’t run into any major issues so far. My withdrawals went through without problems too, which is reassuring. But am I the only one who finds the site a little confusing sometimes? Support can also feel slow when you need help. I trust it enough to use smaller amounts, but I’m not at the point where I’d keep my main funds there.

"Support sorted it out, but I was close to leaving"
I had a small issue where my withdrawal wasn’t showing correctly, and I started getting worried. The first response took longer than I expected, and at that point I was already thinking that if this didn’t get handled properly, I’d probably just stop using the service.
To be fair, once support actually picked it up, the guy checked everything, asked for the right info, and kept it moving. It took almost a full day to get fixed, but they explained what happened and the money showed up right in the end. Not perfect, but overall they handled it well enough.

"Pretty reliable API overall"
I’ve been using the MEXC API for a few months now, and it’s been solid — most of my orders go through quickly and without any issues. There were a couple of small delays when the market was really busy, but nothing that caused major problems. The docs could definitely be clearer though — had to figure out a few things on my own. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Payment options could be better"
I use mexc.com every now and then, and overall it works fine for what I need. The only thing that bugs me a bit is the payment options. Some of the methods I usually use on other sites just aren’t available here, so I end up having to figure out another way to pay or deposit, which is kind of annoying, honestly. Not a dealbreaker or anything, it still gets the job done, but it would be a lot more convenient if there were more choices. Giving it 3 stars because it works, just not as smoothly as I’d like.

The app does lag a little here and there, which can be annoying, especially when you’re watching prices move around and then suddenly start thinking about whether you should’ve just waited five more minutes.
